KICA/TOKI Joint ARB Task Force Shares Phase 2 Report
Pictured above are KICA board members Kevin Donlon and David DeStefano, who represent KICA on the joint task force. The task force consists of two members of the TOKI town council and two members of the KICA board. KICA and TOKI also appointed two additional community members each.
KICA and the Town of Kiawah’s ARB Relationship Review Task Force has released their Phase 2 report, which shares an overview of architectural controls in similar communities, a variety of recommendations, and a vision for independent architectural control: a quasi-independent architectural review board, administratively supported by KICA.
