KICA/TOKI ARB Work Group Preliminary Report
Earlier this year, the Kiawah Island Community Association and Town of Kiawah Island formed a work group to identify concerns around the cost, consistency and transparency of the existing architectural control processes on Kiawah.
The group is tasked with analyzing facts, understanding circumstances and providing transparency and eduction. The group plans to offer recommendations for improvement to Kiawah’s architectural control system.
The group’s Phase 1 (of 2) report is now available for the community to review and share feedback with the work group. The report includes background and key findings as well as preliminary observations.

The work group has two opportunities for you to share your feedback on this Phase 1 report. (Please note, this group will not get involved with property owners’ personal conflicts with the ARB.)
