ARB Work Group Community Feedback Forum

Earlier this year, the Kiawah Island Community Association and Town of Kiawah Island formed a task force to identify concerns around the cost, consistency and transparency of the existing architectural control processes on Kiawah. Their preliminary report is complete (read it here) and the group is seeking community input on the group’s initial observations.
Plan to attend this casual community forum at KICA’s Beachwalker Center (23 Beachwalker Drive) to discuss this Phase 1 report. Virtual attendance is also available here.
