Fuel Up For February With New Fitness Offerings

The Sandcastle has a few special fitness classes coming your way in February! Starting with Vin Yin Yoga, experience a new yoga class combining a flow style vinyasa yoga to build strength and balance, followed by yin-based stretch to increase flexibility and promote relaxation.
