Dear Members,

For more than a year, the Governance Task Force, with assistance from outside legal counsel, has worked to produce a full rewrite of the KICA By-Laws with revised and clarified language and structure. In February, the task force sought and incorporated input from the community on an initial drafted revision. Now the KICA Board of Directors is ready to present this second revision for community input. This is the last chance for input before a final draft is presented later this summer to the board of directors for a vote of approval.
