Celebrate the Summer at These Recurring Events

Kiawah has always been a great place to gather with friends and celebrate the moment. This summer, there are all kinds of opportunities to connect with the Kiawah community each and every week.

 

ISLAND NIGHT EVERY WEDNESDAY AT THE SANDCASTLE

Through August, there’s no better place to be on Wednesday evenings than by the pool at The Sandcastle for Island Night. From 5:30-7:30 p.m., enjoy the sounds of award-winning steel drummer, Nick Kelley, on the pool deck. As you take a mid-week break and treat your kids to an evening swim, sip on tropical drinks (like the Sandbar’s delicious Tiki Bandit pictured above) with a poolside dinner at The Castle Grille offering menu specials until 7 p.m. View all the event on KICA’s event calendar.

 

FARMER’S MARKET EVERY MONDAY

After your weekend, restart with your healthy, local favorites at the Freshfields Village Farmer’s Market. The market takes place every Monday through August from 3-7 p.m. See a complete list of vendors here.

 

MUSIC ON THE GREEN – A FRIDAY FAVORITE

Fridays through Labor Day, head to Freshfields Village from 6-9 p.m. to get your weekend started off with a summertime tradition, Music on the Green.

 

SUMMER SATURDAYS AT THE SANCTUARY

Spend your summer Saturdays (June 4 – Aug 27) at the resort’s Summer Concert Series! The complimentary concerts each Saturday from 6-9 p.m. are a great family-friendly option, and it’s hard to beat the view from the Grand Lawn.
