Presentation Information from Kiawah Partners
On Thursday, Jan. 27, KICA’s board of directors held a special meeting with Kiawah Partners Representative Mark Permar (view the video here) to discuss the developer’s request of the Town of Kiawah Island to update the development agreement and a request to the board of directors to amend an agreement between KP and KICA related to access to Parcel 13, Lot 1.
