New Fitness Classes for February

In the world of fitness, we have some new classes for a new you: Golf Fitness is now offered on two days (Tuesday at 8 a.m. and Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.) and Power Walk (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 .m.) helps you enjoy the beauty of Kiawah while you get your workout. Golf Fitness

This program is designed to support the movements of golf and other rotational sports, by developing rotational flexibility, strength, and power creating a more consistent level of play.

Power Walk

Join our instructor and neighbors for a brisk walk and body weight exercises. Great for all levels.
