New Fitness Classes a Great Way to Get Fit and Have Fun

Come have fun while you get fit, flexible or fabulous! No matter what your goals are, there’s a class at The Sandcastle to help you meet them. Enjoy the camaraderie of a new class or the social scene of an old standby. Water fitness favorites (like water aerobics or Aqua Fit) are available six days a week. Don’t miss October’s new offerings below:


This program is designed to support your swing and more! Develop rotational flexibility, strength and power to create a more consistent level of play.


This blend of fitness and competitive swimming (for adults 18 years and over) uses techniques of interval training in an atmosphere of fun, fitness, friendship, and participation! Masters swim is $10 per session (payable by check only).

Reminder: outdoor yoga for breast cancer awareness is this Sunday, Oct. 3. Donations will be accepted for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Learn more and register.
