Grading Work Smooths Spots Around the Island Before Labor Day Weekend

Update: due to Tropical Storm Idalia, this work will completed the week of Sept. 4.

KICA will have a contractor on the island next week, grading common property parking lots before the holiday weekend. The contractor will be working during commercial work hours (7 a.m.- 7 p.m.) and will address numerous sites, including the unpaved portion of Eugenia Avenue and parking lots at Rhett’s Bluff, Cinder Creek, and Eagle Point.

This work should not affect use of the amenities but please use caution while work is underway.
