Brad McIlvain Takes on Role as Board Secretary

At the Jan. 10 Board of Directors meeting, director Brad McIlvain was appointed to the role of board secretary. The officer role holds important significance in the lead up to the Annual Meeting. The secretary is assigned attendance proxies by members when they cast their ballots, allowing the meeting to be held and the new board to be seated.
