Association Withdraws BZA Request for More Consideration

On July 14, KICA submitted an application to the Town of Kiawah Island’s Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) related to a potential new parking area at Beachwalker Center.  On Aug. 3, the association withdrew its application to the BZA for consideration.

COO Shannon White noted that the application won’t be resubmitted “until we have given additional consideration to the landscaping for the site and had the opportunity to have additional conversations with our neighbors.”
