Our World – Update on Russia

William H. Hill is Global Fellow the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute. A retired Foreign Service officer, Dr. Hill is an expert on Russia. He was in charge of negotiating a political settlement in Moldova and the subsequent withdrawal of Russian troops from that country. He is also a former Professor of National Security Strategy at the National War College in Washington, D.C. As a Kiawah property owner, he spoke several years ago at an Our World session and will surely provide an interesting assessment of the Ukrainian struggle this time.
