According to Dr. Gabrielle Principe, “If you find yourself more often forgetting where you put your reading glasses, why you walked into the kitchen, or find it harder to find the right word or carry on a conversation while searching your bag for your keys, it doesn’t mean your brain is on the skids.”
Join Dr. Principe, professor of Psychology at the College of Charleston, on March 31 at 3 p.m. at The Sandcastle for a discussion of what the brain does better with age, and why. She also will share ways to keep your brain sharp as you age.
