2023 KICA Annual Meeting

The Kiawah Island Community Association hosts an official meeting of the membership annually. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to share updates on important association topics and hear from community members, as well as seat the newly-elected director at a brief board meeting immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Quorum must be met through proxy in the annual election ballot for the Annual Meeting to take place. There is no voting at the meeting.
