Volunteer for KICA’s HR Committee

The Human Resource (HR) Committee is a standing advisory committee to the KICA board, established in order to help KICA retain, attract and reward its leadership and staff. The committee is chaired by Beth Zampino and reports to the board of directors. View the committee’s charter.

The committee is currently seeking one community volunteer. An HR background is preferred, but applicants with a business background and experience leading and managing large teams of employees (100+) are welcome. The appointment is for a 3-year term.
