Sandcastle Hosts March Madness Fitness Challenge

If you want to increase your overall fitness level or focus on wellness a little more, the Sandcastle has you covered in March with a fitness challenge that is accessible while pushing you out of your (maybe too comfortable) comfort zone.

Starting March 1, complete one of eight challenges for a punch on your challenge card, and a step toward wellness. Challenges include a variety of fitness and wellness practices that could translate into your healthy new habit: try a new fitness class, drink 64 oz of water in a day, or walk 10,000 steps. Each punch could translate into a prize in our end-of-challenge drawing!

The challenge ends on March 27 at 6 p.m. and the next day, we’ll celebrate all your hard work with a member mingle complete with prize drawings. The event will be at 4:30 p.m. in the Oceanview fitness room.
