Resort Submits Revised Dock Proposal for Mingo Point

The Kiawah Island Golf Resort has submitted a revised dock layout for Mingo Point to the US Army Corps of Engineers and DHEC OCRM. The revised plans can be found by visiting the DHEC Online Public Notice Website. As proposed, the revised layout would not require a variance from  need of a variance. The proposal would require approval from USACE and OCRM, as well as the Kiawah Island Architectural Review Board. Through July 30, public comments are accepted by OCRM on the revised plan.
