Kiawah Island Club is a private membership club for property owners with an unmatched collection of amenities and distinctive venues. The club falls under the umbrella of Kiawah Partners, the island’s master developer, along with Kiawah Island Real Estate

The club offers Golf, Sports, and Social memberships. These memberships are limited in number and available only by purchasing a previously unsold homesite through Kiawah Island Real Estate or purchasing a resale property from a current club member who is offering the membership with the sale.

Kiawah Island Club consists of two of the top 100 residential golf courses in the country—the Tom Watson-designed Cassique and the Tom Fazio-designed River Course—as well as the Golf Learning Center. Other world-class amenities include the Robert A.M. Stern-designed Beach Club, with restaurant concept by James Beard winner, Chef Mike Lata; Cassique Clubhouse with restaurant concept by James Beard winner, Tom Colicchio; the Clodagh-designed Sasanqua Spa; state-of-the-art Sports Pavilion; award-winning indoor-outdoor Marsh House; and The Sporting Club. The club is known for hosting events like the annual Bayou Bash or post-Thanksgiving concert at River Course, Rock the River, which has featured headliners like Darius Rucker, Sheryl Crow, and Lionel Richie over the years.
