Emergency Water Line Repair in Greensward Area | Water Restored

Update: after repairing the issue in this location, KIU restored water service in this area at 2:45 p.m.

Kiawah Island Utility (KIU) is conducting an emergency water line repair off Greensward Road on Friday, Feb. 4. Water services will be shut off on Greensward Road, Conifer Lane, Sandwedge Court, Painted Bunting Court and Crested Flycatcher while the repair is made.

The outage is expected to last at least 3-4 hours but may be longer depending on the extent of the damage. KICA Security staff are in the area, notifying members of the pending outage.
