The Sandcastle’s Castle Grille, in partnership with Cru Catering,  is launching a weekly poolside dinner on Thursday evenings from 5-7 p.m. through August.  Each dinner will feature a choice of appetizer and entree. Enjoy live steel drum music by Nick Kelly. Menus and pricing will be posted before each dinner.

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with Sage Pan Jus

Lemon-Saffron Butter Poached Shrimp

Both entrees served with Warm Spring Vegetable, Farro and Quinoa Salad and Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes.
