Our World – Storm Water Rising

Our very own KICA staff members Ryan Ellmers and Matt Hill will be presenting for Our World on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Sandcastle! As a KICA Civil Engineer and Lake Resource Management Supervisor, the two work closely together to ensure that the island’s water resources are running properly and are prepared for any situation. Their presentation will cover water levels, pond levels, pond maintenance, but above all, what do they do in anticipation of a hurricane to prepare the island to keep it from flooding.
