Chef McGillis gave us the inside scoop on what to look forward to: “We season and tightly truss whole bone in Prime Ribs. These will be slow cooked for 12 hours beginning early Thursday morning. Each plate will be sliced to order and served with a traditional popover, mashed potatoes, honey and benne seed glazed baby carrots, and a sauce made from the drippings of the prime rib.” Yum!!
