Jasmine Porch’s Prime Rib Thursdays

Season and tightly trussed whole bone-in Prime Rib slow cooked for 12  hours. Each plate  will be sliced to order and served with a traditional  popover, mashed potatoes, honey and benne seed  glazed baby carrots, and a sauce made from the
drippings of the prime rib.
