Kiawah Cares is a community foundation that grew out of members’ desire to help their neighbors in less fortunate circumstances navigate those challenges successfully. On Johns and Wadmalaw islands, Kiawah Cares acts as a bridge, connecting resources provided by members with organizations that are doing important work in these communities.

Each year, the foundation gives about $180,000 (or $15,000 a month) to fight hunger, promote literacy, make homes safer and so much more. Kiawah Cares’ first giving campaign since 2019 is underway for five more days! Learn more and give to support these important programs here.
