Board of Directors Special Meeting

The board of directors will host a special meeting to review proposed revisions to our by-laws. The board will discuss Robert’s Rules, as well as term limits, in order to produce a final draft of the bylaws for a vote at the next board meeting. The board will not be voting on the full bylaws at this meeting.
