The Town of Kiawah Island and AirMedCare Network will host two public drop-in meetings for residents and property owners to learn more about the AirMedCare Network program. The meetings will be held at the Municipal Center on Wednesday, Sept. 5 from 1 – 3 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Opera Lite is back this fall at Beachwalker Center! (Note: some sessions may be at The Sandcastle.) This program, presented by Dr. John Benzel, has been entertaining members and island visitors for many years. Newcomers are welcome and, thanks to English translations of the works presented, all can enjoy the drama and culture.
Previous opera knowledge is unnecessary, and educational and background information is provided. Each session is free and can be enjoyed independently of other sessions. Presentations include opera, dance, current and vintage, all with outstanding, talented artists. Whether you appreciate opera or simply want to give it a try, come join the fun!
