Salute from the Shore is a unique opportunity for individuals, families, and friends to salute our armed forces while celebrating Independence Day on South Carolina beaches. Join us on July 4 around 1 p.m. for a military flyover. The flyover will stretch the entire length of South Carolina’s coast featuring F-16s from McEntire Joint National Guard Base (provided by the 169th Fighter Wing), C-17s from Charleston Air Force Base, and privately-owned vintage aircraft. Find your American flags and plan your most patriotic red, white, and blue outfits for an afternoon on the beach.

Water Ways

Make your own Kiawah adventure through Tidal Trails. This company knows the island’s water ways better than anyone, and can take you on your next adventure, by kayak, paddleboard or boat charter. Find more info here.
