UPDATES:
The KICA/TOKI Review of ARB Relationship Task Force had its first meeting. Initial research is complete and a background overview report will be compiled. In the coming months, the group will analyze the base information and provide conclusions and recommendations.
In a few weeks, the Governance Task Force will share a second round of drafted revisions to the KICA By-Laws with the community for feedback.
Legal expenses have escalated in recent years.
DISCUSSION:
a new Audit Committee is being considered and discussed by the Finance Committee
VOTES:
A new Legal Committee of the Board and a Communication Strategies Task Force (charter) were established; E-votes were ratified and past Board Meeting Minutes were approved
