Volunteer for KICA’s HR Committee

The Human Resource (HR) Committee is a standing advisory committee to the KICA board, established to ensure that effective policies are in place to enable the KICA to retain, attract and reward its leadership and staff. The committee is chaired by Beth Zampino and includes community members Bert Hefke and Richard Ames. The committee reports to the board of directors. View the committee’s charter.

The committee is currently seeking one (1) community volunteer. For this position, an HR background is preferred, but applicants with a business background and experience leading and managing large teams of employees (100+) are welcome.
