In September, KICA Security reported an average of 6,118 vehicles through the Main Gate per day, for a total of 183,543 vehicles through the month, which is just slightly fewer than last year. 54% of vehicles also passed through the second Vanderhorst Gate (V-Gate)

The island welcomed an average of 246 guests per day. Of those guests, 54% were resort golfers, rental guests or restaurant guests; 18% were invited for special events; 15% were member-guests and 13% were rental guests. 3,301 contractors and service providers paid for commercial access in September. Approximately 70% of paid commercial passes were for a 4-Wheel Day pass, which cost a commercial customer $20.

279 covenant violations were reported; on trend with the rest of 2024, the vast majority of the violations were for parking, about 77%. Most other violations were in the pass, miscellaneous and trailer at residence categories.
