Official Notice of the KICA Annual Meeting

The Kiawah Island Community Association hosts an official meeting of the membership annually. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to seat the elected directors, share updates on important association topics and hear from community members.

Quorum must be met through proxy in the annual election ballot for the Annual Meeting to take place. There is no voting at the meeting.
