Join the March Madness Fitness Challenge from March 1-23!

Do you love a good challenge? Or need an extra push to get you back to your fitness resolutions this year? The Sandcastle has just the thing: starting March 1, tackle an array of fitness challenges for all levels to increase your overall fitness and (as an added bonus) win great prizes!

Track your wellness activities throughout the month to be entered to win a variety of prizes including a personal training session, a kayak tour, a gift certificate to the Castle Grille, and much more. Members will receive 1 ticket for each activity completed and a drawing for prizes will be conducted at the March 23 Social Hour hosted by The Sandcastle.There are so many opportunities to win with wellness this month!

Check in with the Sandcastle front desk after completing any of the following activities to receive your tickets:

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Take a meditation class
  • Have a meat-free Monday (no animal protein)
  • Take a yoga class
  • Ride the Expresso bike for 20 minutes
  • Drink 64 ounces of water
  • Plank for 1 minute (modifications acceptable)
  • Row on the Concept II for 1500 meters
  • Take a Total Package Class
  • Walk with the Tuesday or Thursday Power Walk Group
