Join KICA’s HR Committee and Help Guide Staff Strategies

Like many service organizations, KICA’s largest expense is employee salaries and benefits. The association’s Human Resource (HR) Committee helps our staff leadership (above) retain, attract, and reward critical positions, with a primary focus on executive compensation. This standing advisory committee is chaired by board directors Kevin Donlon and Dwight Williams. The committee reports to the board of directors.

You can help KICA accomplish its important staff goals by applying to join the HR committee. An HR background is preferred, but applicants with a business background and experience with executive compensation are welcome. Appointments are for a 3-year term. To apply, complete this application by May 30 at noon.
