Finance Committee Reviews 2025 Reserve Study

KICA’s Finance Committee held its annual reserve study meeting on Thursday, May 22. The Finance Committee conducted a detailed review of the Reserve Study Report in order to report to the board on the current state of the Reserve Fund, its funding levels, and the efficacy of the process. The reserve study report, along with a preface and FAQs, will also be on the board meeting agenda for Monday, June 2. You can find board meeting documents by logging in to your member portal.

KICA’s Reserve Fund exists to set aside the necessary funds to offset the ongoing, daily deterioration of KICA’s infrastructure assets. Done effectively, the reserve funding plan will collect sufficient funds to pay for their eventual major repairs and/or replacements.
