KICA’s amenities, like the island leisure trail system, boardwalks, and boat launches, are part of what make life on the island so enjoyable. The Amenities Task Force (view charter) considers the island’s overall competitiveness in amenities, both now and in the future. This task force has been hard at work evaluating trends, opportunities and different approaches to provide recreational, educational, wellness, social and service opportunities on and around the island.
