Charge at the Sandcastle with New Cashless Cards

This season, you won’t have to worry about bringing cash to the Sandcastle, as KICA rolls out its new cashless program. Activity fees, program fees and purchases at the Sandcastle Grille and Sandbar, can be charged directly to your member account.

The new cashless system will also provide operational benefits that will allow staff to understand how members use the facility – social, educational, wellness – which will be used for planning programs and events geared toward member interests.

Cashless cards, which also serve as photo ID cards, are expected to be available in six to eight weeks. They will replace the existing key fobs. Members are encouraged to stop by to have a new photograph taken now; cards will then be issued when they become available.

In addition to the KICA Cashless Card, members may continue to use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or check. Cash payments will no longer be processed.

Register Family Guests for Sandcastle Access

Renew or add to your authorized family guests for the Sandcastle by completing the online Lineal Family Member application. Register your extended family members using the Unaccompanied Guest application.
