Apply to Join the Governance Task Force Through March 25

The board approved a charter for the Governance Task Force at Monday’s meeting. The task force will work throughout 2022, reviewing KICA’s governing documents, including by-laws and covenants, and making recommendations to the board. The task force will consist of a board director as well as 3-5 member volunteers.
