Apply to Join the Goverance Task Force
The Governance Task Force was created as the board of directors recognized the need for an update to the association’s governing documents. Particularly KICA’s covenants (originally established in the 1970s and last amended in 2007) and related policies are due for comprehensive review to align with current community needs and best practices.
The task force has three goals in the 2025-2026 session: a comprehensive covenant review, Rules and Regulations update, and a Gate Entry Policy revision (in conjunction with the Security & Enforcement Committee). If you’d like to participate in this important work, apply to join the task force through Friday, June 20 at 5 p.m.
