Annual Independent Audit Underway

KICA’s annual audit is in motion with preliminary work starting in December and the full audit commencing later this month. Each year, KICA employs an outside auditor, Forvis Mazars, to audit its financial records and produce the audited financial statements and management letter.

Forvis Mazars is scheduled to present the results of the audit and relative reports to the Finance Committee at its March 13 meeting. The KICA Board of Directors will vote on acceptance of the audit at its March 17 meeting. Once approved, the audited financial statements and management letter will be posted to the KICA website where previous years’ audits and other KICA financial information can be found here.
