Annual Assessments to be Billed in Mid-January

KICA’s 2021 assessments will be billed to members in mid-January and due at the end of February. Your board voted to approve a 0% increase to assessments for 2021. The billing statement will be emailed to the “primary contact” of your household, unless you have designated a specific billing contact preference. Most members will see three charges on their statement: the Annual Assessment, the Reserve Assessment and the Sandcastle Amenity Assessment. A portion of members pay additional segment assessments, if applicable to their property.
