2025 Board Candidates Announced

ELECT TWO DIRECTORS TO SERVE ON THE KICA BOARD

Three of your fellow neighbors are running for election to fill two KICA board seats. Election voting will take place Jan. 13-Feb. 13, 2025.

Each property will receive one ballot on Jan. 13, 2025, provided to the primary contact of the property’s managing household. Voting takes place online, or by phone unless you’ve requested a mailed ballot. Your property type (ex. unimproved lot or improved residence) will determine the number of votes you have.

The two board candidates receiving the greatest number of votes will be elected to serve a three-year term (2025-2028). The new directors will begin their term at the March 2025 Annual Meeting, as treasurer Lisa Mascolo and director David DeStefano complete their terms.
