On Wednesday, May 7, all members will receive the 2025 Biennial Member Survey. This major association survey is designed to capture your feedback on the amenities and services you use, your satisfaction with them, and the priorities you believe KICA should focus on moving forward.

Why should you take the time to participate?
Because your voice drives action. You’ve told us in past surveys that this is your preferred way to communicate with KICA leadership. Your input leads to real results—improvements in maintenance, amenity upgrades, stronger service delivery, and better planning for the future.
