Set the stage for Valentine’s Day with two of our country’s finest opera performers, Saundra DeAthos and Harold Meers. The married duo, accompanied by pianist Andrea Molina, will explore the many facets of love as expressed in some of opera’s greatest masterpieces. The concert will present smoldering operatic duets, arias and a few classic music theater selections depicting the varying aspects of love, from the exhilarating to the tragic, the pure to the forbidden, and even unrequited to seductive.

Prior to the show, attendees are invited to enjoy a special Valentine’s Day dinner at Tomasso’s in the Turtle Point Clubhouse. The prix fixe menu, available between 4:00 and 5:30, is $80++ per couple and will include your choice of a bottle of red, white or sparkling wine. Reservations for dinner are now available and can be made by calling 843-266-4070 and referencing the Arts Council event.
