The Kiawah Island Community Association hosts an official meeting of the membership annually. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to share updates on important association topics and hear from community members, as well as seat the newly-elected directors at a brief board meeting immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Quorum must be met in advance of the meeting, through assigning your proxy in the annual election ballot. There is no voting at the meeting.
