Fitness: Lengthen and Strengthen

This workshop will focus on increasing balance and stability through functional and corrective exercises in the first half of the session. Afterward, focus on stretching small and major muscle groups to increase overall flexibility and restoring posture. This two-in-one program is geared to increase functional strength and mobility for participants.
Member cost is $8. Guest fees are $15.
