Combo Fitness Class to Benefit Prostate Cancer Awareness

It’s Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Support this great cause with a specialty combo fitness class on the beach in front of The Sandcastle! Featuring 3 of your Sandcastle instructors, proceeds from this class will go to the Prostate Cancer Awareness Foundation.
Get started with Kelly Bragg and Zumba, followed by Michelle’s Tone and Tighten and finish strong with Susan’s Core Strength and Stretch.
Class size is limited to 15 attendees. Bring your own mat and water.
