KICA’s Board of Directors serves as the governing body for the association, representing the interests of all community members. The board meets monthly (2025-2026 meeting schedule) to discuss key community topics and initiatives. Members are encouraged to attend and share their input—agenda-related comments are welcomed at the beginning of the meeting, with an open forum for any island-related topics at the end.
