Hailed as Charlie Chaplin’s “greatest picture” by Robert E. Sherwood of Vanity Fair, The Gold Rush follows a lone prospector (Chaplin) who heads North searching for gold and romance, and gets more than he bargained for. Alongside Chaplin, Mack Swain, Tom Murray and Georgia Hale star in this 1925 slapstick masterpiece. Accompanying the silent film will be live piano by Kiawah’s own “Piano Man”, Glenn Brown.
