Community Forum: ARB Task Force Recommendations

KICA and the Town of Kiawah’s ARB Relationship Review Task Force released their Phase 2 report, which shares an overview of architectural controls in similar communities, a variety of recommendations, and a vision for independent architectural control: a quasi-independent architectural review board, administratively supported by KICA. The task force is seeking community feedback on the Phase 2 Report and outlined recommendations.
